SEMI-PRIVATE/1-on-1 TRAINING

Our Semi-Private and 1-on-1 Training sessions allow us to customize training programs to suit each client’s individual needs and fitness goals. The process starts with an initial assessment where the following aspects of fitness are discussed and evaluated:

  • Fitness goals

  • Previous workout experience

  • Current fitness routines/habits

  • Injury history

  • Nutrition habits

We take the information gathered during the initial assessment and build a workout program to help you meet your goals. The semi-private format allows for more specialized coaching at a more affordable price than 1-on-1 training. See additional details below:

  • No monthly membership, pay-by-session: Semi-Private = $35/session, 1-on-1 = $55/session

  • Available to all ages 

  • Sessions 1 hour in length

  • Semi-private: limit 3 participants per session, per coach

  • Scheduled by appointment only
